To place your order online:
• Select the item color and size then proceed to add the item to your cart.
• Please proceed to checkout and choose either to enter your details for Credit Cart payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or checkout via PayPal.
• Your billing and shipping address must be within the same country unless using PayPal.
• Once you have entered your correct email address, billing, shipping and payment information, submit your order.
• You will then receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

We will only ship to addresses that match the billing address of the credit card you use unless using PayPal. When using PayPal, we will only ship to "confirmed" PayPal addresses.
Any orders placed that do not comply with this policy will be cancelled and refunded. Pricing on our website is displayed in Euro (€). International posted rates are not live rates and may not be the exact conversion amount, it is intended as a guide at the current exchange rate only.

Do you ship worldwide?

Where is my order?
You can track your order in real time once it has been shipped out. The tracking number can be found in the shipping confirmation email you have received, or in your personal LAJABU SEVEN account.
When will you ship my order?
Depending on the product you choose, your order will be shipped as soon as possible (which is usually within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays) if it is a stock item. Orders that are Exclusive Orders for instance “Edition 1” and the “Diamond Edition” may take up to 3 months including the crafting process.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped with DHL and internationally insured for shipping to the full amount of goods. General delivery times are subject to DHL services. When placing your order, it is important to submit accurate shipping information. We will ship to the address provided and will not be liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes. When using PayPal we will only ship to "confirmed" addresses.
Do I have to sign for the package?
Yes, because the parcel will be insured to the full amount of goods you will need to sign for the package upon reception.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free international shipping on all orders above 900€ and free shipping within Europe on all orders above 700€. Shipping cost on all orders below that will be calculated at checkout. They depend on where the parcel will be shipped to.
