Standard Shipping 
We provide our customers with a worldwide free standard shipping by DHL for orders over 700€. 
The estimated shipping time within Europe is 3 to 7 working days. The estimated international shipping takes up to 14 working days.
The cost of shipping will be taken by LAJABU SEVEN. Standard shipping within Germany is free. Standard shipping within Europe is free for orders over 200€. International standard shipping is free for orders over 700€.
The customer will be provided with a DHL Standard tracking number when the item has left our premises and has been shipped out.
All shipping times are considered business days. Estimated shipping time starts from the day on that LAJABU SEVEN has sent out a shipping confirmation email. Shipping time does not include crafting process when items are Exclusive made to order items. More about that in "Terms & Conditions".
When placing your order, it is important to submit accurate shipping information. We will ship to the address provided and will not be liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes. When using PayPal we will only ship to "confirmed" addresses.

Orders that cannot be delivered due to the customer not being home will be sent back to Lajabu Seven if the customer does not pick up the shipment within 2 weeks of the delivery date at the closest post station. In such a case pickups and post station locations will be communicated by the shipping service responsible. Once the shipment has been returned to Lajabu Seven, the customer consents to pay for the occurring shipping costs to re-send the ordered products back to his or her address. Lajabu Seven will not be liable for non-cooperation or non-communication of the customer with the shipping service. Lajabu Seven will not send the package back out unless re-shipment is paid for by the customer.

 
Express Shipping
For an extra charge, we provide our customers with a worldwide express shipping by DHL.
The estimated shipping time within Europe is 1 to 2 working days. The estimated international shipping takes up to 5 working days.
The cost of shipping will be partly taken by LAJABU SEVEN. Express shipping within Germany is free for orders over 700€. Express shipping within Europe is not free. International express shipping is not free. For express shipping prices to your country please see at checkout.

Duties
All occurring duties shall be handled by the customer. Occurring charges for duties are to be paid by the customer and LAJABU SEVEN is not liable for delays of payable duties or non-payed duties. For further information please contact customs in the country of your residence.
 
Inspection
To ensure that you receive a product of highest quality, every single item is being inspected before it leaves our premises and is shipped out to you.
It will only be sent out if requirements of highest quality standards are fulfilled.

From the moment of dispatch, the package is fully insured with DHL against damage, theft and loss. Once the package has been signed for by the customer the responsibility shifts to the customer and the insurance is void. We urge customers to not accept packages that are damaged, broken or seem to have been tampered with. In such cases contact our customer care team for support. We do not offer returns based on these accusations once the package has been signed for.
